Internal Family Systems (IFS)
A compassionate approach that helps you understand and befriend the different “parts” of yourself.
What is IFS?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) understands the mind as made up of “parts” — the inner critic, the protector, the wounded younger self — all trying to help in their own way. IFS helps you get to know these parts with curiosity and compassion, so they can relax and you can lead from a calmer, more grounded core self. Kathy is IFS informed and uses it throughout her work.
